Week 3

Week 3 and the puppies are really starting to be active.  This is when having 11 puppies gets fun!  They are all doing so well and Scout is slowly starting to be away for longer periods of time from them.  They will start mush puppy food this week!

Week 2

Week 2 with the puppies!  The main event this week is their eyes are all open now!  They are having to get a little more aggressive with nursing now with 10 nipples and 11 pups. They are all chunking out and getting plenty of milk though.  Scout is starting to take a few more longer breaks from laying with them in the whelping box and likes to run around the fields with Oakley but sure keeps a close eye on the pups.  Here are individual pictures of each pup and a video to show their progress.

The puppy stimulation program is going well- they are getting used to the process and are tolerating it very well.  We really think doing this makes the difference of a good dog and an EXCELLENT dog so we hope you will be able to reap the benefits of this program.
