Week 5

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!  We headed out of town until yesterday so sorry the video this week is late.  The puppies have changed more this week than any other.  Every single one of them are active and exploring.  They are all able to get out of the whelping box in the garage and are very curious about the new world they are discovering, especially the white stuff that is outside.  The boys have had them out playing in the snow all day while sledding but aren't fans of the pups nipping at their snow pants while they are running around.  They are all so cute and there isn't a bad pup in this litter, but are all very different in appearance.  As far as their personalities, they are all very much puppies and very curious.  Little Lady is still such a sweetheart, she likes to be babied a little more than the rest, maybe that's just because we like having a little girl around here with all the boys... The lighter pup is still the most curious and uses his nose to get around like crazy! He seems to be the most active and interested pup so far.  The darker pup is getting more active every day but still likes to chill more than the rest.  And little spot is just darling.  His fluffy coat and sweet personality are to die for!  We can't believe we have only two more weeks with these pups running around our farm, we are growing quite attached to them.
This week is picking week!!!  As soon as we hear from the first pick we will text pick 2 for their choice and then pick 3.  We would like to have the pups picked by Sunday, January 3rd.  If you need any help or would like to talk on the phone about any particular pup don't hesitate to call.  I will also try to send out some more pictures by text this week of each pup.
This weeks schedule is payment week by the 3rd.  If you are sending a cashiers check or cash please text me and let me know to watch for it in the mail.  If you want to pay by credit card text me and I will send you an invoice, it is very easy to pay this way.  Also if you need a total of the final payment let me know.  We just need to know if you are wanting full breeding/showing rights for your pup or not.
Then the next week, Jan. 10th weekend is pick up week so be thinking of a good time for you to come pick up your pup and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you with your travels!

Happy Holidays!

Week 4- Merry Christmas!

Week 4 of the puppies!  They are growing and changing every day! They are getting active and eating puppy food.  We are starting them on Iams puppy food if you would like to get some to continue them on the same food.  If you want to switch puppy food just do it slowly.  Only 3 more weeks until pick up day!  Right now we are planning on the weekend of January 8-10 for puppy pick up but we can be flexible and work with your schedule for when would be the easiest time for you to come, just let us know.  Remember final payments are due Jan. 3rd the link to the total is
http://www.glendalegriffons.com/prices.html
If you would like to pay with credit card text me and I will send you an invoice. If you are paying by cash or check please make sure we received it in the mail by the 3rd so we can have plenty of time to make sure all is cleared.  We have received the official AKC registration papers for the pups and will give them to you at pick up day.  Also please review our puppy contract also on the link listed above.  We will have this contract for you to sign at puppy pick up day also.
Now on to the video and pictures!

The pups are getting more difficult to capture in a picture.  Especially the "light twin" he is crazy!  He can't hold still because he is too busy using his nose sniffing around the house.  The hardwood floor is a little difficult for most of the pups to walk on still so that makes it a little easier.

Here is a picture of all the males
From left to right- dark twin, little spot, light twin

Dark coat-lighter brown
As you can tell the dark twin has a darker coat but the brown on him is a little lighter, he is the fattest, biggest pup of the litter and so far is pretty chill.  He has the shortest coat of the litter also.

Little Spot
Little spot is still the littlest of the whole litter with only one little brown spot on his back.  He is going to be the hairiest pup of the litter and has the sweetest personality.

And then there is the light twin. I don't even think we can call them the twins anymore because they are not very much alike at all!  Dark twin is a big boy and really chill and the light twin is always on the go sniffing around.  He keeps running into things around the house because he gets sniffing and forgets to look.  So far he has the most personality and is the most playful but things can change really quick with these pups and their personalities.

Don't mind me just peeing in the house- I'm not house-trained.

Little Lady
Little Lady isn't so little.  She is definitely one of the sweetest pups though.  She likes to cuddle right now and doesn't love to be alone.  Her coat is definitely going to be hairy but not quite as hairy as little spot.  She hasn't figured out how to get around very well on the hard wood floor but is active on the rug.  She gets a lot of attention from Hank who claims she is his "favorite"

We hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!

Week 3

Here is the week 3 video of the pups!  We were out of town this week so sorry I didn't get any pictures sent but I will text picture of the pups this week. Have a great week!

I have had a few ask about the schedule of the pups and the final payment.  The final payment is due January 3rd but you are welcome to make this payment at any time.  If you would like to pay by credit card please text Amanda (208) 851-1131 and let us know if you would like the limited registration, or the full registration (includes the breeding and show rights) and we will email you an invoice to pay with credit card.  Remember credit card payments add 3% processing fee, if you would like to pay by cash or cashiers check please have it delivered to us by the 3rd so we can make sure everything is cleared and squared away before pick up day which will be January 10th!  We can be pretty flexible with pick up day if that day doesn't work for you.

Also, we know it is a busy time of year, but if anyone is interested in coming to see the pups let us know and we would love to have you any time

Hope you all have a wonderful week and watch for some pictures of your pups coming this week!

Week 2

The pups got their tails docked and dew claws removed this week.  3 out of 4 of them have their eyes open and they are starting to whimper and growl a little more.  We have been doing the puppy stimulization with them every day and they are getting really chubby!  They love to be cuddled and are definitely going to be child proof in 6 weeks with our 4 little boys playing with them and hauling them all over!  We are loving them in our house and can't wait for their new owners to meet them.  Speaking of which, if you would like to come meet the pups at any time just let us know and we would love to have you come meet them.  We hope you all had a wonderful week and enjoy our week 2 video brought to you by Jack and Hank.

Week 1

Usually we will have the weekly videos up by Sunday, however we had some uploading issues yesterday so here is Hank showing you the puppies at week 1!

All the pups are eating really well and are getting nice and chubby.  They get their tails docked and dew claws done this Wednesday.  Our 4 boys are giving them plenty of attention and are constantly playing with them.  They will definitely be kid proof in 7 weeks! It is amazing how they have changed and grown in only one week.  We have began the puppy stimulation program that you can read about here.

The three boys- the two on the left are very similar, both are very healthy and the biggest of the litter. The male on the right "little spot" as Hank calls him is the smallest pup of the litter and is super sweet.

"Little Lady" as Hank calls her is the only female.  She is going to Brian Homan from right here in Idaho!  She is a doll!

Thanks for looking, we will continue to send pictures weekly and look forward to next weeks video!

Week 6!

If you are picking your pup up you get it THIS WEEK!!!  We can't even believe how fast the past 7 weeks has gone.  We will miss these pups so much but are excited for you all to get them in your homes.  Our boys have been to the pet store to pick out a toy for each pup to bring home and have had so much fun playing with the pups every day.  I think everything is squared away with details and all we have left is pick up and shipping pups.  Remember to sign the contract/bill of sale and either bring it or email it to us.  If your pup is being flown the flights are booked and the email I sent last week about the flights are all correct.  I will be sending an email this week of where and how to pick up your pup on Friday, May 1st at the airport and more details about the pups flight.
The pups got their first set of shots this week, and a small dose of dewormer.  This will give them a little immunity towards sickness, however, we highly suggest you keep your pup away from highly populated places, especially where other dogs have been, until they at least get their second set of shots at 9-10 weeks old.  Then they need the third set of shots at 12-13 weeks old.  When you pick up your pup we will insert the tracking microchip and give you the information on how to activate it.  If your pup is being flown we will insert the chip before it flys and send you the information in the mail as well as the AKC papers.
If you are picking up your pup you may want to consider bringing a small crate or something to haul your pup in.  You may want to just carry him or her on your lap, but a word of warning that they have not traveled a far distance in the car and may get car sick.  We will send you home with a baggie of the food we are feeding the pups and you can continue to feed the brand that I emailed or slowly add the new brand to what we are feeding if you choose to switch brands to help your pup not get sick from switching foods.
And here is the last video of the pups from this week.  After we finished this video our son, Hank, said "I don't want that to be the last video!" So I told him he could do a video next week of the pups that are flying so you may get one more video courtesy of Hank ;)

And here are some individual pictures just to get you excited about seeing your pup for the first time really soon!  Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns we can address.
Thank you, you have all been fantastic to work with and we have enjoyed getting to know you all.  Please stay in contact and we would love to get pictures and updates of your pup as it grows!
